is 31 grams of sugar a day too much sugar? i only drink 1 bottle of a sweet drink(20 oz.) and the rest of the day i drink water(60+oz.). is that okay?

See details: It depends somewhat on your current weight. If you are overweight, do not drink it. Sugar in this form is always unnecessary but will likely do no harm if you exercise and you are not overweight.
