Collar bone pain: Often this is found with acromioclavicular disorders. The middle age and older set frequently get arthritis of the "ac" joint. But younger folks more often get sprains. Without trauma, a common cause is from overuse. Too much tennis, push-ups, or especially weight lifting can create such high loads that soreness and inflammation can develope - also called distal clavicle osteolysis.
