if you have low albumin and low creatinine, how do you feel?

Don't treat labs: Low Albumin makes me concerned about malnutrition first and foremost -- is your patient on a fad diet? Losing protein from gut disease? Having chronic inflammation or myeloma? Low creatinine is not a health problem, and is seem especially in skinny folks.
