how long does one lupron (leuprolide) shot last?

Depends: Leuprolide acetate is available in two long-acting formulations as Lupron (leuprolide) depot. It is available in a 1-month and a 3-month version. Microdose Lupron (leuprolide) as used for ivf is generally very short acting, but the pharmacology is too complex to explain here.
