worse with cough?: Does it get worse with cough? Deep breath? Fatty meals? Lying down? Arm movement? It could be many things but a muscular pain is most likely. Gall bladder and biliary tract disease should be considered. Pleurisy is also a possibility. Cervical spondylitis is another consideration. Shoulder arthritis or tendinitis. Rotator cuff tear. Need more info!
