It depends: To me, sore and ache are the same. I can tell from personal experience, my whole body hurt but Motrin or tylenol (acetaminophen) helped significantly.

It can: A small percentage of individuals who receive the flu vaccine will develop a mild flu like illness lasting 2 or 3 days.

Q: after doing the gym get very sore like flu like syptoms 4 days after?

May be viral infecti: Flu like symptoms 4 days after gym are not the result of exercise but you may be coming up with a viral infection or flu.Suggest consult your doctor and get it checked

See below: Are they bleeding?  Mouth breathing is never good because it drys out your mouth. Saliva is the protector of teeth and gums. The best thing you can do is start breathing through your nose again ..If you start doing that and the soreness doesn't go away then you could have a problem. Are you sure its your gums and not the teeth that hurt. Try using clove oil rubbing this on the effected areas.

Pale gums: Usually don't indicate dry mouth, but rather anemia.  See your doc and get checked, as that could be serous.

Herpes Simplex: See your doctor for a prescription med.  Herpes simplex 1 or hsv 1also known as oral herpes. It is different from genital herpes which is hsv 2 . . Medication can decrease the pain related to an outbreak and can shorten healing time. They can also decrease the total number of outbreaks. Drugs including famvir, zovirax, and Valtrex (valacyclovir) are among the drugs used to treat the symptoms of herpes.

Probable yeast: If you had an antibiotic, this suggests a yeast infection of gums. You need anti yeast treatment and add a supplement of coq 10.

Maybe: But it is more likely to be muscular.  If it is being treated and does not go away i would go back to the doctor for a reevaluation.

Doctor can evaluate: Cold sores are on or near the lips. They are caused by recurrences of herpes virus, which lives in the nerves after an initial infection, and then travel down the nerves to cause the cold sores at the skin surface from time to time. Sores on the inside of the mouth can be canker sores, due to the immune system reacting to something on the inside of the mouth; or can be viral ulcers, etc...

Myalgia...: Myalgia, or muscle pain, is common with influenza. Taking ibuprofen, drinking plenty of fluids, and resting are the best ways to get over the flu and feel better. If your symptoms just started (<24 hours ago) and you actually were shown to be positive for influenza type a, your doc could prescribe you tamiflu, (oseltamivir) which would help you get over things a little faster. Otherwise, rest up.
