Burnt Mouth: Yes ,this is painful. Let it heal....go easy on in .IT WILL HEAL. A soft diet helps. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort.

Burned Palate: Eat bland, soft, temperate foods. The tissue will heal rather quickly, but you don't want to irritate it while it is healing.
