Muscle tightness: I suspect that these may be muscle tension headaches but you need an evaluation especially with imaging of your neck to be certain what is going on.

To ER if still hurts: Please have someone drive you to the er or go by ambulance. I think this warrants a ct scan to rule out a subdural hematoma.
