V. High specific gravity test not dehydrated but have flank and pelvic pain on both sides. Related? What could cause this?
Urine specific gravity is high when one is not drinking enough water or liquids, and even if not clinically dehydrated, a urinary infection may develop to cause flank/pelvic pain.
Pelvic infections can also cause concentration of urine and pain, so see your gyn provider for an exam and testing.
