We need more information such as her gestational age when she was born and what her birth weight was etc. Is she fussy? Tell us how you are using the fortifier (how much and how often). I have had good success with Minocycline orally twice a day each day.

It is an antibiotic that has been around a long time. You don't see it used much anymore except for acne. Usually you see a big difference in 3-4 weeks but you will want to keep it going. Side effects are minimal. I also recommend Clindamycin Swabs to use after washing face twice a day. Both are prescriptions. ...See more

Is the baby eating normally and looks good otherwise? Are you able to post a picture of the feet. If it is just the feet that are swollen, you don't see the swelling anywhere else, the baby is feeding normally, and the baby is peeing normally, I would not be overly concerned unless symptoms change. Yellow/white vaginal discharge is normal.

It is often hormone effect from the pregnancy. Wipe it gently. If you see blood, that is when I would be concerned. Look at the baby too.
