I have a general podiatry practice including surgery. I serve a community with lots of ethnic differentiation, Czechoslovakian , German, Spanish, Italian and other peoples. My staff is all bilingual. I am in a historic portion of Omaha Nebraska, "where the west began" they say. We are just across the Missouri River from Council Bluffs Iowa. In times gone past, the railroads from the east stopped in Council Bluffs. It was a big railroad town. There were no bridges over the river then. Crossing the Missouri was literally "where the west began",. Many different ethnic types settled here and here my practice is a bit like being in Europe. It is a really fun place to enjoy working in medicine.
