Dr. Lyndon Taylor finished his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush Pres. St. Luke’s Medical Center in 1983. Dr. Taylor became board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1985. For over 30 years Dr. Lyndon Taylor has delivered compassionate care to his patients in the near west suburbs of Chicago.
Dr. Lyndon Taylor was the President and CEO of Healthcare For Women, from 1986 to 2004. Healthcare For Women was the First Accredited OB/GYN Physicians Office Based Surgical Facility in Illinois, accredited by AAAHC.
Dr. Lyndon Taylor is an expert in advanced laparoscopic procedures for the management of fibroids, endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, pelvic adhesions, and dermoid cysts. Dr. Lyndon Taylor treats uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence, cystoceles and rectoceles and pelvic organ prolapse. Lastly, Dr. Lyndon Taylor is a leader in LAVH in Oak Park, performing laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy since 1991. Lyndon Taylor received the COEMIG designation for the Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology by the Surgical Review Corporation in Nov of 2013.
Dr. Lyndon Taylor in turn is a preceptor for Physicians Assistants students from both Rush University and Midwestern University, Nurse Practitioner students and medical students.
