I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. My journey led me to Washington, D.C., where I studied during my undergraduate and medical school years. Upon completion of medical school, I then moved to the west coast and did my residency training at UC Irvine, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
I emphasize healthy living, including physical fitness and a healthy diet, as the primary way to stay healthy. I take pleasure in sharing with my patients the importance of prevention in good health, but as a physician in the field of PM&R, I also enjoy coaching patients back to better health when necessary.
I believe in the importance of a balanced life. I like to relax and enjoy California's sunshine with loved ones, or take time to play a round of golf during my leisure time.
