No Set Time: There is no set time or duration for Suboxone. When you feel you are comfortable with weaning or tapering off suboxone have that discussion with your doctor. The recommendation is 10% reduction per week, which amounts to essentially one film per week reduction. It is a rather slow process, but it will minimize withdrawal effects, and the risk of relapse.

Natural: First line treatment for nausea are often over the counter options. Ginger seems to work fairly well for nausea, I would start there. If the nausea persists, then perhaps it will be time to see your doctor. They can properly evaluate the cause of your nausea, and if indicated, may prescribe Zofran (Ondansetron) for nausea.

Depending on stress, environmental, and other factors your thyroid levels may fluctuate. This explains why the TSH levels can fluctuate with it. Try to focus more on symptoms than a lab result.
