Propanolol has many indications, including Hypertension, angina, Migraine Prevention, Thyrotoxicosis, etc, so depending on what is being used for, the maximum pharmacological dose varies.

For example , for hypertension max is 640 mg per day, while for other consitions may only be recommended max 240-320 mg, or as the patient can tolerate, based on its side effects. ...See more

Check your bed linen and surrounding for bugs that may take advantage of your sleep to bite you.

If your rash is affecting most of your body, consider possible allergy to the linen or detergent used to wash it.

I have been having reoccurring on and off diarreah for the past 2 weeks. I have been taking medication and still occurs. What could this be? In brief: Mostly self limited

Definition of diarrhea is as increase frequency or decrease consistency of stools.

Many causes of diarrhea, mostly self limited , not requiring any treatment other than keep well hydrated. Your stomach continues receiving gastric acid whether you eat or not.

Food intake helps buffer against that acidity, so if you don't eat, the gastric acid will irritate your stomach and cause inflammation, what is known as gastritis. Depending on your skin, intensity/extend of sun exposure, but in general an SPF over 25 is good for moderate exposure.
