I was junior high/high school teacher prior to completing a BS in biology at James Madison University. My belief in the integral connection between physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health led me to complete a master's degree in counseling through Colorado Christian University.
My wife LuAnne and I were privileged to attend an international medical school, Kigezi International School of Medicine. We spent three years studying preclinical medicine in Cambrige, England, followed by two years of clinical rotations in Scotland, New York, Canterbury, London, Uganda, Tulsa, and Seattle. I completed a family and community medicine residency at Penn State/Hershey in 2006.
We operate a direct-pay practice on the grounds of our historic home in rural Pennsylvania.
