Ovulation: Implantion occurs more like 2 weeks after ovulation if the egg has been fertilized. Spotting 3 days after a positive ovulation predictor kit is more likely to be due to the hormonal swings associated with ovulation. Hope this helps.

Actually: You should ovulate 14 days before your next period starts. The variable part of the cycle is generally the first part or luteal phase when the egg is maturing. In a 32 day cycle this would be about day 18. However, this IS the VARIABLE part of the cycle and some eggs mature faster than others. Hope this helps.

Ovulation: The most common reason for light bleeding at mid-cycle is the hormonal swings associated with ovulation. Other causes can be contraceptives and other medications, infections, abnormal cervical cells, polyps, and diseases like PCOS, insulin resistance/diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders or pituitary problems but these will usually also cause bleeding at other times. Hope this helps.

Very unlikely: It is very unlikely that you would get pregnant which is obviously what you are asking taking both Plan B and birth control pills correctly but, if you are taking your pills correctly, there is no reason to take Plan B. It would be better to use condoms and decrease the risk of STDs in addition to increasing the contraceptive effectiveness. Hope this helps.

Unlikely: Pregnancy is unlikely but not impossible if you took 1 pill a day late and used condoms for the rest of the package,

Yes: If you had unprotected sex 2 days after ovulation, pregnancy is definitely possible. If your period is late or abnormal, do a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative to know for sure. Hope this helps.
A female asked:

Repeat the test: It is certainly possible that your pregnancy test was negative because it was done too early. If your period still hasn't started and you are having pregnancy symptoms, you should repeat the pregnancy test 3-5 days later to know for sure. Hope this helps.

Could be either time: Since the emergency contraceptives are only 95% effective if taken within the first 24 hours after unprotected intercourse and does cause irregular bleeding and conception is possible at pretty much any time in the cycle you could have possibly conceived either time. An ultrasound for dating will tell you which is most probable. Hope this helps.

Fine: A heart rate monitor should not cause any problems with a pregnancy at any gestational age. The question is why she is wearing it. As long as she isn't doing extremely vigorous exercise and isn't using it in place of a monitor recommended by her doctor, it should be fine. Hope this helps. Best wishes to your wife and the baby.

Neither: Masturbation twice a day is not necessarily either good or bad. It is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with the rest of your life.
