Usually a pregnancy test will be positive about a week after you have missed your period.

Some commercial brands will test positive even sooner .

It can be a boil, pimple, infected hair follicle, etc You need to be examined to confirm the diagnosis and the appropriate course of action.

You may have endometriosis.

This is a chronic condition associated with painful menses, rectal pain, pain with intercourse, etc. The way to definitively diagnosis this is with laparoscopy.
