Depends : There are 2 schools of thought on wisdom teeth removal 1- extract any ; all wisdom teeth as a precautionary measure. Once they are removed, one can't get infections from them. Also the can't do damage to the other teeth or the mouth by trying to erupt into the mouth. 2- treat any wisdom tooth that causes pain, infection, has decay or is causing damage to any other tooth or the mouth. Your choice!

Depends : The cost for an extraction takes into consideration the degree of difficulty of the extraction as well as the general overhead of the office. For example a 5th ave manhattan overhead is different than the overhead in the middle of the farm belt. If you're concerned as to the fee charged, go get a 2nd opinion.

Not enough room: There is no way for a person to fix a tooth with out seeing a dentist. While there are some temporary fillings one can buy over the counter ; place in a tooth, a person who does this ; does nothing else has just covered over all the bacteria that caused the hole in the tooth. If the bacteria is not removed, then the tooth may abscess and need to be extracted.
