Could be a hernia: when a person coughs or sneezes, there is increased intra-abdominal pressure. If there is a weakening of the tissues, the intestines can start to push through and this is called a Hernia. Could be due to previous surgery in the abdomen or pelvis. Hernia can be in the groin, or abdomen or umbilical. If there is a hernia, could cause pain. Look for bulging in the abdomen. See MD for exam

See colon/rectal MD: the most likely cause of bright red blood with bowel movement is hemorrhoids, could also be anal fissure. Need to see Colon/Rectal surgeon for further evaluation/exam and likely treatment. Unlikely to be cancer at 38 yo, but absolutely must see MD who can do anoscopy and possibly colonoscopy for full evaluation and then definitive treatment. You need to see Physician to be sure this is the cause & if so, treatments available for symptom relief & also definitive treatment by Rectal surgeon to remove

Yes no problem: Claritin-D has 2 ingredients, an antihistamine for itching and sneezing and a decongestant. Calcium with magnesium has 2 minerals and will not interfere with the Claritin-D tablet. If you are only itchy and sneezy from allergies, take plain Claritin 10 mg. If you are very congested can take the Claritin-D and now able to buy over the counter, Nasacort (triamcinolone) AQ or Flonase,to prevent nasal congestion

Recommend biopsy: Skin lesion that has been present for years and starts to change size, color or starts to bleed should be seen by dermatologist and biopsies to determine the diagnosis. Sounds like it could be a dermatofibroma, which is benign. But need biopsy to be sure
