Do enroll in a good hospice program. They will provide best 'comfort care' not unnecessary care! GI bleeding, swelling of brain, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, severe itching, jaundice, tender swelling of liver, fluid accumulation, kidney failure, low blood sugar, and infection are common.
Consider liver transplant in absence of cancer, severe heart-lung disease, active alcoholism, drug abuse, aids.
