What is the best vitamin and/or mineral one can take to help with anxiety? I take magnesium, but what are some other good ones to try?

Sure, a lot of health food and supplement places will tout the effect of various herbal preparations, but the best way to treat anxiety without a prescription is with a counselor who knows how to do cognitive behavioral therapy.
Also look at things like how much caffeine you drink, how many hours you sleep and so on.
