Diagnosed w Spina Bifida Occulta: i been lifting weights for 2 years. started feeling soreness in my lower back. does squats and deadlift affect SBO?
Don't do it
there are many other exercise choices available rather than squats and dead lifts.
Strongly recommend that you increase your core strength/abdominals and this would greatly benefit your lower back.
