Normal absolute lymphocyte count(ALC) ranges between 1,000/m2 to 15000/m2. Counts between 500 to 1,000 still have intact immune function but ALC below 500 equals impaired immune function and hence an increased risk of infections. These numbers are derived from patients with HIV infections as they evolve into AIDS.

It is unlikely that you are pregnant unless you had a penetrating intercourse. You very likely have infection of your vagine(Vaginitis). You should first get treated for Vaginitis. It is best to see your doctor, if that is difficult, you should get hold of a medicine called Clotrimazole troches which will likely clear your infection. Pregnancy test may be useful too.

We need more history of your medical problem.... e.g. why did you have the liver ultrasound done? You need a medical examination by a PCP/Internist. We need to know if your liver is enlarged on physical exam? Liver function tests should also be done and if abnormal, you may need further testing including a MRI scan and possibly a needle biopsy of the liver.
