Dr. Schulte received her MD from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch
School of Medicine, and completed fellowships at both Cedars-Sinai Medical Center
and UCLA. She has board certifications
in Allergy & Immunology, Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Pediatrics.
Dr. Schulte has faculty appointments at both UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She was an active member of the medical staff for the past 12 years at Cedars-Sinai until leaving her full-time faculty position in March 2012 for a private practice opportunity closer to home in Encino, CA. She continues to participate in the teaching program at both UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and maintains a consultative practice at Cedars-Sinai in both Pediatric Infectious Diseases and
Allergy and Immunology. She has been an
acclaimed researcher, securing grants from the National Institutes of Health
and the American Heart Association. She
has published in several peer-reviewed medical periodicals and has written
chapters in the premier Pediatric Infectious Diseases textbook, on Parvovirus
and Passive Immunity. She is an Assistant Professor at both
Cedars-Sinai and UCLA.
Dr. Schulte grew up in Los Angeles where she still lives with her husband and two beautiful children.
