I feel fortunate to serve my patients and their families at Swedish Hospital. Over the past several years I published several articles and book chapters in the field of pediatric urologic surgery and currently serve on the Medical Executive Council for the Issaquah Hospital and the Committee for Continuing Medical Education as a representative for pediatrics. I have chaired the CME Pediatric Specialty Update for the last three years. A national advocate for the care of children, I served as a committee member for the American Urologic Associations only guideline in pediatrics, the Vesicoureteral Reflux Guideline published in 2010 and serve as a journal reviewer for the Journal of Urology. Minimally invasive urologic reconstructive surgery is an interest of mine, particularly robotic. Previously at Oregon Health and Science University, I help initiate an integrative kidney stone program, and a voiding/incontinence program for children.
