Dr. K. Warren Volker is the President of Volker Medical Research, Inc. (VMR), a consulting and research company he founded in 2001. Under the umbrella of VMR, he established Volker Consulting International, Inc. (VCI), a firm that offers both business and medical consulting services to domestic and international companies that work in the healthcare industry. His overall goal and focus, is to work with healthcare related companies, medical practices, biotech companies, hospital systems, and physicians to improve the delivery of medicine to patients while improving doctor’s lives.
Dr. Volker has attained international visibility and respect as a pioneering Minimally-Invasive Surgeon and performs Advanced Pelvic Surgery in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is only one of a small number of board certified OB/GYN’s in the United States who also specializes in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Dr. Volker maintains a national educational surgical private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a collaborative relationship with Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson Company), he is the Fellowship Director of The Minimally-Invasive Surgery Program located at Southern Hills Hospital and trains gynecological and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Dr. Volker is also trained on the da Vinci Robot Surgical System- one of only a handful of doctors accredited with this training in Southern Nevada. He is also an assistant clinical professor in the department of family/community medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He is the Chief of Staff, at Centennial Hills Hospital & Medical Center.Dr. Volker has published numerous articles. When he is not providing consulting services, Dr. Volker remains busy giving lectures around the country on numerous women’s health issues at such top medical centers as UC-Davis, Arnold Palmer Women’s and Children’s (Orlando Regional Medical Center), and UCLA.
