Dr. Chandela came to Brandywine Valley Cardiology after completing her training in Interventional Cardiology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
Her interests include women's heart health, total cardiovascular care, and vein treatment, which includes treatment of varicose veins and venous related ulcers and wounds.
Her greatest professional gratification comes from attacking heart disease, peripheral arterial disease and vein disease from inside the body at the site of the problem with the advance procedures like angioplasty, stents and ablation.
Her personal philosophy in practicing medicine is to "treat every patient like they are my only patient."
She enjoys spending time with her husband Dr. Douglas Beach, a hematology-oncology specialist, and family. She likes to travel, explore new restaurants, and learn new things like skiing and painting.
