<em>Over 14 years of private practice experience in a hospital-based interventional radiology clinic, including over 6 years managing an out-patient full service Imaging Center, and an out-patient IR clinic including a Vein Center. Additional expertise in strategic planning, professional practice management, business development and marketing, operational management, clinical directorship, private payor and hospital contract negotiation. Extensive experience performing nearly all IR procedures including regional cancer therapy (TACE, RFA, Cryo), UAE, Vertebroplasty, dialysis access intervention, PAD, TIPS, hepatobiliary/urologic interventions, and AAA endograft repair. Expertise in treatment of venous reflux disease including VNUS ablation, laser EVLT, ambulatory phlebectomy, foam sclerotherapy, and cosmetic sclerotherapy. General diagnostic skills include CT, US, Coronary CTA, Body CTA/MRA, Non-Invasive Vascular (ICAVL), Body and Neuro MRI, and XRAY. </em>
