Any reason of why now ? Usually stress brings it up - if that is the case, find the source and address the cause (maybe with your counselor)
it might help if you can enlist someone to supervise you short term. Lock the pantry and allow someone to supervise you for the next few days.
Then mark on official end time for the current episode and start your "away from binging" supervised time.
