Dr. Pepe was born, raised and did all of his education and
training in Florida. He was attracted to private practice on the
Eastside of the Seattle metro area many years ago by the fabulous natural
beauty of the Seattle area and its reputation as a great place to raise a
He has managed a very wide variety of medical problems from
the most complex elderly patient to routine newborn care. He gains the greatest satisfaction from
motivating patients to become active participants in their medical care.
He believes “Primary medical care should be
patient-centric. Management of medical
issues should be based upon the integration of each patient’s mores, occupation,
resources, skills, support, and lifestyle with well-informed advice from, and in
collaboration with, medical providers.”
He also holds dear the concept that prevention creates the greatest
medical return on investment.
Other medical interests include incorporating newer secure technologies
for medical record documentation into daily practice and modifying his practice
based upon expert best-outcome recommendations.
Personal interests include playing board games with his four
kids, bicycle racing and hiking.
