Dr. Alexis Morales is born in Bogota (Colombia), earned his dental degree in 1997 at the Javeriana University School of Dentistry one of the most prestigious schools in Latin America, and completed a one year General Practice Residency in 1998, then he associate to open two interdisciplinary clinical practices with physicians and microbiologist aboard.
Dr. Morales always attend to continuous education courses ,but in order to satisfy his need for perfection and be properly skill trained in high cosmetic dentistry cases, complex full mouth rehabilitation and implant dentistry, he is currently enrolled in a 3 year full time residency program in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Morales made table clinic presentations at the American College of Prosthodontics 41 annual session in Arizona 2011; then he completed the immediate loading of implants with the “teeth in a day” protocol at “the institute for facial esthetics” directed by Drs. Balshi and Wolfinger, early in 2012 he was elected by the scientific committee for poster presentation at the Astra Tech World Congress in Gothenburg (Sweden) birth place of implant dentistry and a speaker at the Florida Prosthodontic Association in 2012.
Dr. Morales strive to provide excellence to his patients with evidence based dentistry offering functionality, longevity and esthetics. Dr. Morales is a member of the American College of Prosthodontist, Florida Prosthodontic Association,, he is actually married to a registered microbiologist and a proud parent of 2 children, in his spare time Dr. Morales does pro bono work for his local community, enjoy autocross, tennis and scuba diving.
