Howard Fraiman earned his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1991. He then completed a residency in Periodontics from the Universtiy of Pennsylvania in 1993. In 1994 Howard Fraiman completed a residency in Periodontal-Prosthesis earning a certificate in fixed prosthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fraiman is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the Universiry of Pennsylvania. Previously he was a Clincal Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the faculty since 1994.
Dr. Fraiman is in private practice as a partner in Amsterdam, Weisgold, Baumgarten, Ingber, and Fraiman: The Amsterdam Dental Group. His practice focuses on the primary concerns and needs of the adult patient: cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, crowns, and bridges.
