Dr. Halpern received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the Harvard School of Dental medicine where she was awarded her DMD. She then completed a rigorous three year orthodontic residency program at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Prior to starting her own practice, Dr. Halpern worked for several years as an associate in private practices in New York City, Havertown and Narberth.
Dr. Halpern is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of orthodontic treatments and technology in order to provide her patients with the highest quality results and shortest treatment times. She is an active participant in a number of professional journals clubs where she has the opportunity to critically review the latest dental research and literature and incorporate this information into her patients’ treatment plans.
Dr. Halpern is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association and the Mid Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Halpern was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After first spending four years in Philadelphia for college, she was happy to return to the area with her family. She enjoys running, traveling , and yoga.
