I am a lifelong resident of Delaware County. I was in the Springfield High School class of 1967 and then went on to Temple University, graduating in 1971 with a BA in General Science. I did my dental education at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, Class of 1975. After graduation, I entered the residency program at Philadelphia General Hospital. In 1976, I began private practice in a small home office in Springfield. I now am located in the Marple Commons office buildings in Broomall.
Over my carreer I have had the pleasure of serving both my patients and the profession of dentistry as the President of the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County and as Chairman of the Valley Forge Dental Conference. In 1995 I was elected by my peers to the International College of Dentists. The June 2001 issue of Main Line Today recognized me as one of the areas "Top Dentists". I was a repeat recepient of this honor in 2010 and 2011.
I also have had the opportunity to teach clinical dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences.
I am married to my wife, Susan, for 40 years and we have 3 married daughters and 4 grandchildren, all of whom live in the Philadelphia area. I consider myself very fortunate to have chosen the profession of Dentistry and am grateful for the opportunity to help improve the lives of others.
