Yes: Numbness should not be ignored. It could be compression of your sciatic nerve, or could be even more serious like ms. Go see your doctor.

UTI: It could be side effects of medication, or maybe urinary tract infection. Are you having any symtoms? If so, go get it tested.

Viral infection: Looks like a viral infection with benign vertigo. Increase fluid hydration. If not better in couple of days, go see your doctor.

Get tested: You can be pregnant and still have vaginal bleeding. Do a home pregnancy test first. If you are still unsure go get blood test.

Pneumonia: Sounds like you have pneumonia, finish your antibiotics. Get a chest xray to make sure it cleared up in 6 weeks.
