See your dentist: You need to see your dentist right away to see if the teeth were knocked out or broken at the gum line. I presume that the teeth were in the front of the mouth. If they were knocked out completely with the root, you can elect to leave the area alone until the permanent teeth start to erupt at about 5 or 6 years old. Follow up with your dentist for specific treatment!

Get a mouth guard: You need to see your dentist right away and let him or her confirm that you have no underlying dental problem first. If you are in pain because of clenching, you might need a bite guard. This appliance fits over your teeth on one arch and allows the even distribution of biting forces to eliminate your discomfort. You should also deal with why you are so upset and get professional help if needed.

No, not a good idea: It is never a good idea to smoke right after oral surgery with an extraction because the inhalation may cause the clot to dislodge and cause additional bleeding. Smoking weed or cigarettes may also cause a delay in healing. My suggestion would be to stop smoking completely and enjoy your short time on this planet.
