mast cell fragility is a condition where the mast cell ruptures easily.
This problem of the cell rupture without a substantial slap or pressure to the skin can occur from a weakened mast cell wall or membrane. A deficiency in a biochemical needed to strengthen the cell membrane needs to be diagnosed and replaced. Chronic inflammation should be ruled out by your M.D. A trial of B-6,B

When my stomach is upset or i just feel bad. Why do I crave pickle vinegar? And it makes me feel better.
In brief:
Alkalosis
Alkalin state is know as alkalosis , usually from a marked potassium deficiency.
The ph is high due to the loss of, hydrogen ions which are lost by the kidney in an attempt to exchange hydrogen ions for potassium. The electrolyte imbalance causes a craving for anything acidic. Pickle vinegar is a good source of hydrogen ions.

VITAMIN E
The doses you are consuming are probably safe, and helpful.
Your only concern is with vitamin a dose. The vitamin dose must be added to your food content. Some people eat a lot of vit-a, and take extra zinc, which causes vitamin a to be formed. Check a level of a after supplementing for two months, compare it to your baseline level. If the elevation of the vit-a is rapid, then reduce daily dose, .

MEMORY LOSS
The common causes of memory loss are usually metabolic developments found in older peoples' brains.
When a young man suffers marked memory loss, head trauma, drugs abuse and induced severe hypoglycemia, must be at the top of your list. Remember those cases of amnesia reported that happen, because of intent to treat to cause amnesia.

Is sodium score 132 dangerosly low that would indicate serious symptomology?
In brief:
No short answer
SODIUM
A low sodium has a cause, and there are potential risks that if not addressed in a timely manner, elevated aldosterone can develop, and Insulin resistance can be caused by the elevated aldosterone.
Inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) can cause water retention and a false picture of sodium deficiency. Last example of my common list of potential causes, is adrenal fatigue or pituitary failure.

The issue of fatigue should be looked at from two basic causes; low atp(energy source from the mitochondria) and depressed brain metabolism, which can happen from a lack of methylation of folate (folic acid) and/or b-12.
You will need a b-12 level, and a b-6, b-2, folate (folic acid), Niacin level. If your b-6 is high that suggest that b6 is inactive, with a low niacin. Rx; :zinc niacin, activated b-6, b-2, b1, folinic acid.

Since diabetics have elevated cortisol receptors, leading to Insulin resistance, (elevated sugar), and compromised immunity from the cortisone effect, treatment with vitamin b-6, b-2 in the active forms which over time will suppress the cortisol effect, helping healing, reducing infection risk, with sugar control before surgery.
Papers on p-5-p, r-5-p, and cortisol receptors, can be found.

Good morning,
rash developing after wearing a "sweaty clothes" could be due to contact with some allergens.
You may watch to see if you are developing rash again on similar situations. There is a condition called heat-induced-urticarial, or exercise induced urticaria. In those situations you develop hives after exercise. The diagnosis of the cause of rash could be made after repeated observations.

What is the dieing process? What actually occurs and does the person realize their about to die?
In brief:
Energy deficit proce
The dying process results from an organ specific or generalized deficit in atp.
A blood clot in a coronary vessel cuts off blood creating hypoxia (low oxygen) which blocks most of the ATP formation from the mitochondria. No part of your body can live with an extended lack of ATP or lack of oxygen needed for atp. The patient often has increasing fatigue for months ( low atp) before life ends.
