Yes.: Your bc pills will not affect your extraction but beware. Some antibiotics will interfere with the pill's effectiveness. Ask your dentist if he prescribes you an antibiotic if it could interfere with the pill.

To get a better fill: Some fillings can be done much easier and more predictably using a rubber dam. Saliva can interfere with the bonding process. Using a rubber dam can control saliva contamination and the gingival tissue can be retracted, giving the dentist a clean dry operating field.

Depends on tooth.: If you fractured a front tooth a veneer may be your best option if enough tooth remains to bond to. The veneer can be made with less removal of tooth structure than is required for a crown preparation. See your dentist who can evaluate your tooth and advise you if a veneer is an option.

Maybe.: I am assuming you are not speaking of your own tooth as a 44 year old should not have loose teeth if healthy. This is normal for children under 13 years of age and the loose tooth can be removed at home if the child is cooperative. If you are speaking of yourself you should see a dentist.

In office bleaching.: The fastest way to get results from bleaching is to have bleaching performed in a dental office. This procedure can take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and does not usually get as good a result as the take home bleaching system. The take home system using custom trays can take 5-6 weeks but for most people yields a better result.

See your dentist.: Any tooth sensitivity or pain should be evaluated by a dentist. It is impossible to diagnose what is causing your sensitivity without examination but could be decay, tissue inflammation or a cracked tooth.
