If a return to a balanced diet does not relieve symptoms then additional tests may be warranted.

Symptoms?: If the shunt is small (asymptomatic papvr) then it is usually well tolerated - it can get worse over time but people with small shunts usually do well with a normal life span (about 1 in 200 people have this) but if the shunt is large it should be corrected surgically.

Cefprozil?: Not sure what ceptozil is but there is a drug Cefprozil (cefzil), which is an oral cephalosporin and like others of its class is generally well tolerated by the kidney.

Possibly: Sebaceous cysts have a very characteristic appearance and in an otherwise healthy person it would be reason to make this diagnosis, potentially remove the cyst if it is troublesome, and then just follow along to make sure additional or concerning changes do not occur.
