My scalp feels crawly. When I scratch it, lumps form. When the lump burst, it has blood and pus. It is affecting inside my ears also. Driving me crazy?
In brief:
Skin infections
PUS
PIMPLES
Pus on the skin is usually the symptom of a skin infection.
When red, warm to touch and painful it is called cellulitis. Treatment of this includes oral antibiotics and occassionally drainage. See your doctor, because resistant infections are becoming more common and require special treatment.

You need to be evaluated and treated.
Could be several things, most easily treatable. If it will be a while before you can see the Dr., make certain you do not have head lice by combing with a fine tooth comb and looking for critters. If none, try some antidandruff shampoo while waiting to see Dr.

Strengthening the upper back and shoulder muscles will be a big help.
A simple exercise is 'arm circles'. Just put your arms straight out to your sides and rotate your shoulder joints to make your hands go in circles. In school we called these 'windmills'. It's a simple exercise that will help build muscle tone and strength in your upper back and shoulders. Start easy and work up. Congrats!

FEMALE HEALTH
As long as you are not having abdominal pain, bleeding, fever, headache, or other severe symptoms you could probably wait and retest.
However, if you are having these symptoms and not pregnant, you will likely need medical evaluation. If you are pregnant and the test is not showing it, you will also need to see your Dr. So might as well go now and find out what is going on.

I have gained so much weight after marriage. How can i reduce it fastly?
In brief:
Lifestyle change...
The only 'fast' way to lose weight is to stop eating.
This is not the best for obvious reasons. You didn't gain the weight overnight, you shouldn't expect to lose it any faster than you gained it. Standard advice is to improve the quality and quantity of your food, and become more physically active. The goal should not be to get thin, better to get 'fit'.

I just passed a large thing of blood (bigger than a 2 pence coin) out of my vagina, it really hurt and I'm not on my period?
In brief:
Keep a watch...
It is not uncommon to pass clotted blood between periods, generally this is not painful and the presence of pain would raise concern.
If you pass any further blood or continue to have pain, or have menstrual changes, see your Dr.

FEMALE HEALTH
Exercise induced anemia is part of the body's normal adaptation to endurance exercise and is expected.
The challenge is to make certain that you do not also have iron deficiency anemia or some other cause. One way to tell is by showing that your HB level moves towards normal after a period of limited exercise, say a week or more. If concerned see Dr.
