About

Bio

Residency and Board Certified in Family Medicine but after 21 years of practice in mainstream medicine, for the last several years I have added incredible healing alternatives to my practice which I have learned from fellowship in 4 AM concentrating on not just normal, but OPTIMAL health throughout our lives, using products/agents as natural as possible, as well as traditional treatments (=integrative medicine), keeping us feeling youthful, vital, strong, robust and positive and spiritual till our last day. One cannot be productive, feel meaning, gratification, nor give back to the world without a well functioning machine (our bodies) as our vehicles to do so.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
