Get your stress out: Relaxation is the key to reversing tension associated with high blood pressure. An occasional beer if it helps you to relax may be useful but the long term solution is to learn how to live a low or no stress life style. Exercise, meditation and other movement practices like chi gung are very useful as well as elimination of red and hormone containing meats. Garlic is quite helpful.

Self Love: It takes at least 21 days to form a habit. Self discipline is needed to get started and after that it becomes habit. Good to have support of friend or partner. Start slow and build up to goal. Know that this is a loving act to do for your self. Pick one you enjoy and have fun doing it. Chi gung can be done sitting initially. There is chair exercises.

Changes in pressure: If you have an underlying issue with fluid in your inner ear, behind the ear drum and the changes in the pressure in your ear during orgasm may bring to surface a congestion problem inside your ears. If you have allergies or sinus issues this is highly likely. I would recommend you have your ears examined . If there is fluid in your ear or even infection that can be seen. Ear coning may help.

Begin slow: I recommend you begin to introduce solid foods at 6 months. You begin with one food at a time for 3-5 days and if no allergic reaction add another. You can begin with cereal if not already thickening formula with it. Then vegetables alternating with fruits one at a time. Avoid any foods that triggers allergic reaction. Balance yellow and green vegetables.

Swollen Throat: If you still have your tonsils they could be swollen reducing the amount of space in the back of the throat. Most likely there is post-nasal drip that you are more aware of with irritation or swelling in your throat. Gargling with warm salt water helps the discomfort. Treating the nose and sinus with decongestant or netti pot can be helpful. If symptoms persist then have thorough exam.

Check your allergies: Allergies is a common cause of post nasal drip. You may be eating something or inhaling something you are allergic to. You can try a process of elimination. Notice what you are exposed to and eliminate them one by one and observe any change in your symptoms. Using the netti pot to clear the passage ways can be helpful. Smoking cigarettes can be an underlying cause as well.
