Im 19 yrs, 5'3" & 144lbs. Im trying to lose weight. Im losin it very slowly. If I only eat once a day, small meal every day with water before & after the meal, will I lose a lot of weight each week?
You may possibly lose weight in that manner, but that is not a healthy way to control your weight, as this may ultimately slow your metabolism. Instead, decrease your total calories by 500-1, 000 per day, while eating 3 healthy meals & 2 healthy snacks per day.
Also, exercise (walk or jog) 45 minutes per day, 5 days per week (speak with your doctor before starting any exercise program).
