Muscle relaxer, heat: As long as you are otherwise healthy, ibuprofen can be taken for several days without problems. However, if you experience any stomach upset or pain, you should stop. Ibuprofen may not be the best option for neck spasms though. You may want to see a physician to get a prescription for a muscle relaxer. I would also recommend use of heat, although either can be used.

Might be yeast infec: You may have a vaginal yeast infection. Monistat is a commonly used over the counter medication for vaginal yeast infections. If that does not help or if your symptoms worsen, you should see your physician to be tested for other vaginal infections.

May not be necessary: Sinus infections are overwhelmingly viral and usually only require supportive care with over the counter medications, nasal steroid spray, or saline nasal spray. Antibiotics are usually only necessary for prolonged symptoms (greater than 2 weeks), severe infections including those with high fever, or if you get better and then sick again.

Yes, but be cautious: You can take codeine with other cough and cold medications. However, be careful taking more than one cough/cold medication at a time. Many of the prescription and over the counter medications have similar or even the same ingredients. Avoid taking more than one medication to avoid accidental overdose.
