Bio

Dr. Diaz joined Othopaedic Specialists of Connecticut in 1998 from the Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center where he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine. In Minneapolis, Dr. Diaz served as assistant team physician for the Minnesota Vikings football team and the Minnesota Timberwolves basketball team. Dr. Diaz completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. Dr.Diaz is board certified and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America,
