Bio
Dr. Bauback Safa is a plastic, hand and microsurgeon. He graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, then received his M.D. from the Stanford University School of Medicine and his M.B.A. from the University of California Bekeley. He completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University and a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco, California. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and on the clinical faculty of Stanford Medical Center Division of Plastic Surgery
Dr. Safa is an accomplished classical pianist and entrepreneur. He works with many medical device and healthcare 2.0 startups and serves on numerous scientific advisory boards. His practice is in San Francisco at the Davies Campus of California Pacific Medical Center.
