Very Little: Three months is the standard time for complete healing of most abdominal wall incisions (time to reach >90% of preoperative strength). Infection and re-operation through the same incision affect the healing time adversely, Diabetes, heart or vascular disease, smoking and obesity also impair the normal wound healing process. Check with your surgeon.

Yes, but low risk: There's always a choking risk with food stuck in the throat but most go down without problems. You can help it along by drinking plenty of fluids to wet your throat and encourage the stuck food to pass. The benefit of this approach is while you are swallowing the fluid, you will also swallow the cereal without aspirating (choking on) it. If you have any breathing problems go immediately to the ER.

No: Anal fissures are almost always caused by constipation or anal distension (such as with anal intercourse or anal manipulation). Fissures can also be associated with hypertonic anal sphincter. The treatment centers around trying not to stretch the anus too much: stool softners, less aggressive sexual practices and sometimes relaxation of the anal sphincter by surgery or Botox injection.

Could be: The best way to figure out if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test either at home or in your doctor's office (the test is the same). It will give you a reliable answer. If it's negative and you still suspect pregnancy it can be repeated as soon as the next day. Follow up any positive or unexpected results with your doctor as soon as possible.

Safe but useless: Megadose vitamin c has been advocated since the 80's by people like linus pauling. Vitamin c is cheap and safe but it has never been shown to prevent, treat, or shorten the duration of colds. The daily dose of vit c is 200mg, any extra you take is flushed from the body in your urine. Washing your hands regularly, eating right, getting plenty of sleep and exercise is more effective prevention.

Rarely: Tumors of the heart are exceptionally rare. Centers like the mayo clinic report about 1 case/yr; most doctors have never seen one. Only about 10% of heart tumors are cancerous; the others are benign. The most common benign tumor of the heart is an atrial myxoma which can grow large and obstruct blood flow through the heart. Even these are still really rare.

Slowly: Sagging skin is often a result of rapid weight loss. Slow steady weight loss from diet modification and increased exercise in consultation with your doctor can reduce the chances of getting saggin skin but cannot eliminate it. If you lose enough weight the excess skin will sag and the older you are when you lose the weight, the less likely it is that your skin will tighten up naturally. Sorry.

Lots of options: I don't understand the question mark but if you are constipated use this stepwise approach: stop when you get results. Start: add fibre to your diet: fresh fruit and whole grain (4-5 servings/d) + an extra 1-2 liters of water. Then you can add otc anti constipation like docusate. Then otc suppository like bisacodyl. Then see your doctor. Use only recommended dosages of any medications.

Yes: Though foreign objects under the nail usually come out in time they can cause a nasty infection and nail deformities if ignored. Removing them is quick and not too involved (unless there is already an infection or the nail is seriously injured) and can be done your doctor's office under local anesthesia.

Not likely: 1-1/2 tbsp metamucil contains approx 5-6.5gm fibre (psyllium husk) depending which type you use. The recommended daily fibre intake is 25-30gms. It is unlikely that the amount of metamucil you are taking is too much. Gallbladder surgery can cause short term GI disturbances which resolve within 30-60 days. If your bms are solid, it's likely you just had lots to pass and the fibre is helping.
