Dr. Margaret Mann is the Director of Aesthetic Dermatology and Associate Director of Dermatologic Surgery at Case Western School of Medicine. A board certified dermatologist, Dr. Mann is a fellowship trained Mohs skin surgeons and cosmetic dermatologist. Dr. Mann performs Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstruction. She has a thriving minimally invasive cosmetic practice which includes a wide range of laser procedures, injectables such as Botox and fillers. She is also an expert in venous disease and performs the full spectrum of treatment for varicose veins including endovenous ablation, microphlebectomy, ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy and laser treatment.
Dr. Mann is committed to excellence in patient care and education, for both patients and physicians-in-training. She is responsible for training our residents and fellows in dermatologic and cosmetic surgery. She is a primary investigator on several research projects on skin cancer, and venous disease, and has lectured on these topics both locally and nationally. She is the principle author of a clinical handbook of dermatology that is widely used by resident and dermatologists.
