Breastfeed and walk!: Mothers who successfully breastfeed tend to return to their pre-baby weights faster than mom's who don't. Nature knows what it's doing! breastfeeding coupled with healthy eating and regular exercise is the key. Walking is least strenuous on your body and the most fun for your newborn.

Skin hates drool: Excess exposure to saliva can cause skin irritation. Thumbsuckers have excess saliva/drool on their thumbs which is known to irritate the skin on the thumb as well as around the mouth. Eye rubbing, however, is brief and mostly occurs with the back of a closed fist (not the thumb), so minimal contact with the saliva occurs. In theory, it could irritate the skin, but not likely.

Bulging Belly Button: During fetal development, there is a natural opening in the abdominal wall that communicates with the umbilical cord. If it doesn't close before delivery, the baby will have a bulge at the belly button. This is called an "umbilical hernia". Most umbilical cords are small and close on their own. The larger ones will stretch the skin overtime and cause an "outie".
